I have been using the 10 inch Snake Worm in the Alewife color for the past three years in the Chesapeake Bay. I cast it into breaking Striped Bass and slowly retrieve or jig it off the bottom. I have caught numerous Striped Bass over 40 inches on the same worm. This is my "go to" lure when the big, migratory fish arrive in the winter!

I tried the 10" Snake Worm today. They were easy to rig and swam great, lots of tail action. No stripers were caught today, we`ll get 'em next time!

You can't get better tail action on a worm! You just can't. These are the best. You'll be surprised just how big a bait a striper will try to eat in warmer weather. I'd say a 20 inch would be good. It would mimic a skipjack.

This worm is nice and thick and does not pull off the hook like some soft lures I have used that are a little too soft and get pulled off easily. This worm shakes and wiggles like a Cheetah on its third cup of Cuban coffee. I like the motion it gives off in the water; nice vibrant colors as well!
